Keybet Ids’ Sports Specific Rules
1.1. General Application and Priority
Unless otherwise specified by the betting operator such as Keybet Id at the time of placing the bet, the following clauses apply to all bets on the relevant sport. If any inconsistency arises between a rule in Rule 1.1 related to the specific sport and a rule elsewhere in the rules, the sport-specific rule in Rule 1.1 prevails.
1.1.1 Baseball
1.1.1.1 Starting Pitchers Non-Appearance
If one or both of the nominated starting pitchers does not start a game, all bets on that game are considered void and will be refunded unless stated otherwise by the Keybet Id.
1.1.1.2 Match Postponement
If a baseball match is postponed to another day, Rule 10.6(a) does not apply. All bets on the match are considered void and will be refunded.
1.1.2 Boxing
1.1.2.1 Contest Postponement or Substitute
If a boxing contest is postponed to the following calendar day or later, or if a contestant is replaced by a substitute, the contest is considered abandoned, and all bets will be refunded.
1.1.2.2 Altered Number of Rounds
If the scheduled number of rounds in a boxing contest is altered for any reason, all bets on that contest are considered void and will be refunded.
1.1.2.3 Points Decision and Stopped Fight
If a points decision is awarded before the full number of rounds is completed, bets will be settled based on the round in which the fight was stopped.
1.1.2.4 Failure to Answer the Bell
If a boxer fails to answer the bell signaling the start of the next round, the contest is considered to have ended in the previous round.
1.1.3 Cricket
1.1.3.1 General Cricket Matches
(a) No Balls Bowled
If no balls are bowled in a cricket match, all bets on the match are considered void and will be refunded.
(b) Retired Players
A player who officially retires from the match for any reason other than injury is considered out.
(c) “Next Batsman Out” Betting
In “next batsman out” betting, if a batting partnership remains intact at the end of an innings, bets on a member of that partnership are considered void and will be refunded.
(d) Injured Retired Batsman
In “next batsman out” betting, if a batsman officially retires due to injury during the innings, they are not considered out for betting purposes. Bets related to the relevant batsman or pairing are considered void and will be refunded.
(e) “Head-to-Head” Run Betting
In “head-to-head” betting on the number of runs scored, both relevant batsmen must be at the wicket when at least one ball is bowled (not necessarily at the same time). If this condition is not met, the bets are considered void and will be refunded.
(f) Mankad Dismissal
A “Mankad” dismissal of a batsman has the same effect as a dismissal by other means.
(g) Series Performance Betting
This rule is subject to specific rulings by the relevant recognized governing body. In series performance betting (e.g., most wickets, most catches, most runs), any runs, wickets, or catches accumulated in abandoned matches count toward the relevant tallies at the end of the series.
