What Is the Purpose of Gullybet Id Rules?
The following regulations shall outline the purpose, commencement, and application of these rules in Gullybet Id.
- The Rules serve to define the terms and conditions that govern the process of Gullybet Id, whereby Investors may place wagers on the Outcome of an Event, as determined by the Betting Operator's Prices.
- The Rules are set to be established pending the Commission's endorsement on December 4th, 2017, and will take effect on January 1st, 2018.
- In the event that the Controlling Body of the Event makes a request for the disclosure of personal information related to accounts or transactions, it shall be considered that the customer has given their consent, as per the Act, for the Betting Operator to furnish such personal information to the Controlling Body.
- These Rules and the Betting Rules shall be deemed as accepted and binding by all Investors. In the event of any discrepancy between the Betting Rules and the present Rules, the latter shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.
1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â PLACING MONEY IN ACCOUNTS AND USING THEM
1.1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Investors can put money into:
- with cash at Cash Outlets, or
- using an Account by phone or the internet;
- in any other way and with any other payment method that the Betting Operator decides from time to time.
1.2 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Betting Rules explain how to start an account and how to manage it.
Investments in Telephone
1.3 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Investing by Phone: You can only invest by phone if you have an account set up according to the Betting Rules.
Internet Investments
1.4 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Internet investments can only be made with an account that was set up according to the Betting Rules.
1.5 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To enable an existing Account so that Investments can be made over the Internet, an Investor must give his or her Account number, PIN (which is specific to the Account chosen), and a password made up of letters and numbers. The Investor will then prove his or her Password by typing it again in the Password confirmation box.
1.6 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Once the Investor has given the Betting Operator the information listed in Rule 1.5, the Investor will get a Customer Number that will let the Investor make future Internet Investments.
1.7 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Investor will have to enter his or her Customer Number and Password for every Internet Investment after the first one.
 2        Choosing the Prices
2.1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Betting Operator will set the prices for each Event at its own discretion and from time to time. It is not required to base the prices on how many bets have already been taken for that Event.
2.2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Betting Operator can give its properly authorized workers or agents the power to set prices, accept or reject individual bets, record those bets, and do whatever else the Betting Operator decides from time to time.
2.3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Unless the Betting Operator decides otherwise and lets customers know when they make the bet, the points start for a bet on the result of an Event (like a line bet on a particular match) shall be set to half a point.
