Golden365 ID Gambling Terms
Unless otherwise specified, a bettor on Golden365 should interpret these Rules as follows:
“Internet Betting Confirmation Screen”
Refers to the screen that requests confirmation from the Investor that the information submitted is correct.
“Internet Betting Receipt”
Refers to an acknowledgement from the Betting Operator via the Betting Operator's website that an Investor has placed an Internet Investment.
“Internet Investment”
Refers to an investment made on an Account through a Betting Operator-operated website.
“Investment”
Refers to and has the same meaning as the terms “Bet” and “Wager” as specified in these Rules.
“Investment Request”
Refers to an investor's offer to make an investment to the Betting Operator.
“Investor”
Refers to anyone who makes or attempts to make an investment.
“Manifest Error”
Means an error made by the Betting Operator or a duly authorized employee or agent of the Betting Operator in the provision of gambling services as contemplated by these Rules that is manifest or obvious or that the Investor was or must reasonably have been aware of when the Bet was placed, including (but not limited to):
- A typographical error in which the Betting Operator publishes an erroneous price, term, or description of an Event, contingency, participant, market, or Investment option; or
- A mistake in which the Betting Operator takes Bets on a market for an Event or Contingency:

- Which should have been suspended or closed entirely or partially (for whatever cause); or
- Where the Event or contingency provided is incorrect or imprecise (for whatever reason); or
- Where identical betting markets are available; or
- In the context of a multiple sports bet, when the outcome of one leg of the multiple bets increases the likelihood that another leg of the same multiple bet will win; or
- Any other error caused by the Betting Operator in connection with an Event, a contingency, a market, a price, a payout, or when accepting a Bet.
“Normal Time”
Refers to the period during which the relevant match or game is planned to be played, including any additional time allowed by match officials for stoppages, but excluding any additional time required to resolve any draw or dead heat.
“Outcome”
When the term outcome Refers to an Event or a portion of an Event, it Refers to the outcome of that Event or portion of an Event.
“Outcomes Not Quoted”
Refers to a group of outcomes (e.g., players, competitors) within a specific bet form that are bracketed together as a single Selection.
“Parlay Bet”
Refers to a series of betting investments that might be single or numerous bets issued under a single (1) ticket serial number.
“Password”
Refers to the password that an Internet Investor chooses to access his or her Account.
“Selection”
Refers to any person, team, animal, outcome or item, or score range or combination thereof, made accessible by the Betting Operator to Investors and nominated by an Investor to carry out an Investment, and the terms “Selected” and “Selected” shall have the same meaning.
“Golden365 Id”
Refers to the Betting Operator's business dedicated to betting competitions conducted with fixed odds that have been approved by the Minister in accordance with Section 4.5.1 of the Act.
“Telephone Investment”
Refers to an investment placed on an Account by a phone call to the Betting Operator.
“Ticket”
Refers to a ticket provided by the Betting Operator in respect of any Wager on which the particular Proposition, the Bet and Prices on which a Wager has been placed, the amount of such Wager, and the date and place of issue of the ticket are indicated.
“Wager”
Refers to and has the same meaning as the terms “Bet” and “Investment” as specified in these Rules.
“Withdrawal”
Refers to scratchings in horse racing events as well as competitors who fail to lawfully qualify for an Event or a portion of an Event, are rendered ineligible, are disqualified, or otherwise for whatever cause.
Do not take part in such an event in any way.
